My little Callie-Ballie Bug

Callie and I are really enjoying our time together while all "Da Guys" are at "Schooa".  We have snuggled, played, made messes (I will let you guess who actually made them and who actually cleaned them up), spent an ENTIRE 2.5 hours at the D.I. "What Not To Wear" style.  What a trooper that girl was, she would look at something and say, "Oh, dis is amazeen".

She was HILARIOUS!!  And, we found some awesome stuff!  You can do that at a thrift shop if you look hard enough...I am talking original tags on some!!!!!

I love her, even amidst all of her shenanigans and just plain naughtiness!

She is truely a delight.

Boise Temple Open House

You may have noticed the Boise Temple being torn apart over the last couple of years....they have been redoing many things inside.  From AC ducts and raising the ceilings to what I have heard are unbelievably BEAUTIFUL stained glass windows and mahogany woodwork!  I am so excited to be able to go and see it.
If you have ever wondered what the inside is like and would like to check it out....YOU CAN!  October 3 - November 10, visit the following link for information and to get your tickets!
Tickets become available online Saturday September 29.
You can go without one, however, it makes for a smoother and faster process if you have one!!!
Maybe we will see  you there!!!!!

It's Soccer Time

Mia has been playing YMCA soccer again this year.  And, tearin' up the field!  What a difference from her depleated, tired diabetes ridden and we didn't know it body to her now filled with insulin, energy and competetive drive body!!!  Here's the son we'll never have!  She is doing a GREAT job out there.  We are enjoying seeing her have a great time getting after that ball!

Oh Miss Janice, You are a GENIOUS!

One more kiddo off to Miss Janice's more kiddo delighted beyond belief to go learn with her new found friends, one more momma, pleased as punch that she is so.darn.happy!

I am always telling my girls how much happier they are when they have come home from a day of learning.  That is surely the truth.  I know that I may be a little over zealously happy about school...but it is truely because they are happier when they are using those curious little brains and it is someone other than me all of the time encouraging them to do so!
